What does a “complete” form mean?
One person enters the whole team and pays for everyone at once. That saves them time — and saves you the work of matching up payments.
You decide the fields yourself: from name and year of birth to your own questions and categories tied to a particular course. Add capacity limits so a course cannot overfill, and discount codes for partners or club members.
Entrants can also sign up without creating a password — we send them a login link by e-mail — and at their next race they simply load their details again.
Several payment options
You set the payment methods for each race separately, including any surcharge. You can choose cash on the day, bank transfer with an automatically generated QR code, and card payment through Stripe, where every organiser sets up their own account — so the money goes straight to you.
